Children and Young People Counselling
We have counsellors who are trained to work with all ages and offer counselling that incorporates talk therapy, as well as creative and play therapy techniques.
It is a supportive, safe space for young people to explore big feelings that they are finding difficult to understand and/or manage. Where appropriate, connections are made with their school and other professionals supporting them. Tools and strategies are also shared with the parents and/or schools to help the young person outside of the session; however, the young person still has confidentiality in the sessions and is part of the sharing process.
Sessions are £50-55
